Kegagalan proyek Teknologi Informasi (TI) secara global masih menjadi tantangan serius, di mana sekitar 66% proyek berakhir gagal dan 31% di antaranya bahkan dibatalkan (CHAOS Standish Group, 2020). Kondisi ini diperparah oleh temuan bahwa 17% proyek berjalan sangat buruk hingga mengganggu operasional organisasi (McKinsey, 2023), serta sekitar 70% inisiatif transformasi digital tidak mencapai target yang diharapkan (BCG, 2023).
Tingginya tingkat kegagalan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan proyek TI tidak hanya bergantung pada aspek teknis, tetapi juga pada penerapan prinsip manajemen proyek yang tepat. Untuk memastikan proyek TI mampu memberikan hasil dan nilai bisnis yang optimal, manajer proyek dan tim pengembang perlu berpegang pada prinsip-prinsip universal manajemen proyek yang berorientasi pada outcomes dan value delivery (PMI, 2021).
Course ini membahas IT Project Management berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip manajemen proyek modern, seperti PMBOK dan metodologi adaptif, dengan fokus pada value delivery (PMI, 2021). Model pembelajaran dirancang secara integratif melalui kombinasi konsep teoretis yang terstruktur dan simulasi pengambilan keputusan proyek. Diperkuat dengan praktik langsung berbasis studi kasus industri nyata, sehingga peserta tidak hanya memahami what dan why, tetapi juga how dalam pengelolaan proyek TI. Materi training mencakup penguasaan konsep dan metodologi berdasarkan 10 Knowledge Areas PMBOK, serta praktik integrasi lintas framework dalam series integrated multidimensional (id) framework yang dikembangkan secara mandiri oleh BrainCorp melalui riset dan pengalaman industri, seperti Software Engineering (idSE), Enterprise Architecture (idEA), dan Data Science (idDS), guna membentuk perspektif manajemen proyek yang holistik dan aplikatif.

4. Mampu mengembangkan keterampilan dalam manajemen risiko dan stakeholder engagement dalam proyek TI
5. Memahami bagaimana menerapkan framework manajerial yang relevan pada proyek TI menggunakan studi kasus nyata
